There was much to do about the introduction of the 'OV chipcard' in the Netherlands, a card for paying public transport. Main problem: people had to switch public transport with different transfer-organisations, but using the same card. Needless to say, wayfinding at the trainstations was key in this transition. I created, sketched and designed these new pictograms indicating 'charging your card', 'location of the transfer areas' and 'checking in and out'.
